My journey to heal my menstrual cycle and reverse PCOS began after a life-changing conversation with my former partner about starting a family. When I was diagnosed with PCOS, fibroids, and ovarian cysts, I was shocked to find that my doctor offered no education or treatment plan to help me heal. I remember feeling devastated, frustrated, and downright angry with myselfāespecially as a registered nurseābecause I hadnāt sought help sooner. I had always prided myself on being healthy, so this diagnosis left me feeling utterly defeated. But after a few days of wrestling with my emotions, I decided to take control of my health. I dove deep into research, devoured YouTube videos, listened to podcasts, and read everything I could on the root causes of PCOS, fibroids, and ovarian cysts.
